March - E. Islip NY

• Information for 2011
• Take Southern State south to Montauk Highway West - 27A.
• We meet at the Bank of America on Main Street, just west of Heckscher Pkwy.

March - Brentwood

• Information for 2011:
• The band will be lining up on Hayward Street and Washington Ave.
• In past years after the parade, everyone went to the firehouse but I have no info for this year.
• In past years you could park at the start of the parade, there was an IGA shopping center which normally filled pretty quickly, or park by the end of the parade in the checkers parking lot. There WAS a bus that could take you back to the start. I have no similar information on this year.

March - Centerport NY

• Crescent Club info. listed below - If other, must confirm for 2008
• Take 25A West (from Northport - towards Huntington)
• Proceed through most of Centerport
• At traffic light at the top of the hill, make a right onto Washington Dr.
• The Crescent Club is first major driveway on left.

March - Bay Shore NY

• 2008 information is that we are Unit 1 and assemble on Kemper Ave. no later than 1:30 pm.

• 2007 information said that parking was available at the Montfort Seminary South parking lot, which is on the right side of Saxon Avenue across from Mallar Avenue. DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET WHERE YOU ARE TO LINE UP. I imagine that this may not have changed.
  
  In 2007 the parade route was South Saxon Avenue west on Montauk Hwy to Clinton Avenue. The reviewing stand was at St. Patrick’s Church and disbanded up Clinton Avenue to Mechanicsville and Union Boulevard. For 2008 this may be the same or not.
  

March - Huntington & AOH After Parade

• 2009 information is:
• The usual meeting place for the band is in the parking lot on west side of 110 and south and adjacent to Church Street.

• The AOH will be celebrating at Maxx Steak House.
• The entire band is not required to attend but we hope to have more than just a few available to entertain.

March - Rocky Point

• 2009 information is:
• Parade starts at 1PM at Harrison Ave & Rte. 25A in Miller Place
• Assemble by 12 noon since the road is closed to traffic at that time
• We march east on Rte. 25A to Broadway in Rocky Point, left on Broadway for about 600 ft to Gracie's Restaurant parking lot.

March - Infant Jesus Church

• 2008 Information: 2 ways to get to the event site:
• 1) Route 347 East to Port Jefferson Station, turn left (North) at Route 112, continue about 1 mile and church is on right. Turn right on Myrtle Ave, and the building behind church is the Parish Center where we play. There is a parking lot there, and its okay to park on the street
• 2) Route 25A East to Port Jefferson, when you see the ferry terminal , make a right at the stop light. This is still 25A, continue South about 1/2 mile, church is on left. Turn left onto Myrtle Ave and park in back as described above.

March - NYC St. Paddy's Day Parade

• 2011 - Bus used to be at Northport Municipal parking lot. May be same this year, no info yet. We can park our cars there for the day (Bob Howard said it's a 24hour limit).
• Previously was a big green bus, Wells & Wells but no info on that yet. Bus departure time unknown yet also.
• Step off in NYC is 11:30 am (recently changed from previous afternoon listing)
• If you don't travel with the band on the bus, be sure to arrive at the starting point with enough time to tune up before 11:30 am.
• Line up is on East 47th Street, somewhere between Madison and Vanderbilt Aves, in front of Co. Derry.

March - Hampton Bays NY

• 2008 information: Parade starts at the Hampton Bays Elementary school ( 79 Ponquogue Ave), goes to Montauk Hwy, then west to the reviewing stand in front of Buckley's Inn between and ending in the Atrium parking lot.
• Time is 11:00 am.
• Take sunrise highway to Hampton Bays exit. There is a diner somewhere when you get off. Park near the diner near Macy's, and also some sort of atrium doctors office complex. There will be school buses there. Shuttling starts at 9:30am, to get folks to the beginning of the parade. The staging area is the school.
• If you want to park at the staging area, turn left at the diner, go to the 2nd traffic light, Ponouque Ave, turn right, go all the way down to the school (staging area).
• There are 11 bands, and we will be toward the end because we are the new kids.We are told that next year, we will be moved up.

March - Montauk NY

• 2010 information: Parade starts at the old railroad area on Edgemere (County Rd 95) and goes through town and west onto Montauk Hwy.
• Step off is 12:30 pm.

March - Patchogue

• 2009 information:
• The staging area is Rte 112, north of East Main Street
• We march south and head west on East Main Street to the Brickhouse Brewery
• We are number 23, the first of five bagpipe bands

March - St. James NY

• 2011 Info:
• Take 25A East (from Northport - to St. James)
• Meet at the Smithtown East parking lot on Woodlawn Ave in the main parking lot
• We step off first so they want us there at 11:30 am.
• Cars can park at St James Elementary School and the train station, at the beginning and the end of the parade so we can coordinate to avoid the walk back.

• They would like to have the band start at 5:45 pm and play till 6:05 pm, then resume playing for another 15 minutes after the commissioning ceremony, which is supposed to start at 6:30 pm.

August - Westbury Gardens - Scottish Games Festival

  Cross over expressway
  Make left and continue east on service road (1.2 miles)
  Right on to Old Westbury Rd.
  Westbury Gardens (.25 miles)
• The back entrance is on Post road and is closer to where we camp out.
  Post Road runs parallel to Old Westbury Road, one big block east.

• This race is to fund a memorial listing the names of metro New York youth killed in action since 911 in Iraq and Afghanisan. The memorial will be placed aboad the USS New York which is being built in part with steel from the World Trade Center.

November - Sayville

• 2007 information is listed below.
• Line-up will start at 8:00 AM to be ready for the start time of 9:30 AM. All marching units must be in place on Handsome Avenue by 8:45 AM in order to be lined up.
• The parade is starting at Handsome Avenue and Main Street, and will travel east on Main Street to South Main Street.
• No cars are permitted in the Prince of Peace Regional School yard or on Handsome Ave From Main St. Do not drive south on Handsome or through the church parking lot.
• It is imperative for marchers to turn right on Collins Avenue at the end of the parade. Please march as far as Gillette Park and use the park to get out of line.
